In a separate and deeply saddening event, Adzo Ahadzie, a Sixth-Year Master’s student in Architecture at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), tragically lost her life in a bicycle accident.
The incident occurred on the evening of Tuesday, July 9, 2024, when Ahadzie was riding her bicycle along Club House Road within the KNUST campus.
According to a statement shared on the university’s X page, Ahadzie was involved in a collision with a vehicle.
Despite the swift response from emergency services, who rushed her to the hospital in an attempt to save her life, she succumbed to her injuries shortly after arriving at the medical facility.
