The renowned interracial couple Sylvia and Kelvin ‘Koree’ Bichanga have joyfully welcomed their first child, a baby boy.

Koree confirmed the news in a heartfelt Facebook post, describing their newborn son, Taavi Lee Bichanga, as a precious gift from God.

He shared the first glimpses of Taavi on social media, posting adorable photos of the baby wrapped in a cozy swaddle blanket and wearing an apricot romper.

“Introducing our favorite human baby, Taavi (A sounds like the A in car rather than Apple) Lee Bichanga. 9 lbs / 4.1 kg, 51 cm long. We thank God for entrusting this blessing to us. A gift from God,” wrote Koree.

Following the announcement, their followers showered Taavi with sweet messages directed to the Kisumu-based couple.

Opening up to UPEPO.co.ke about their marriage, Sylvia revealed she fell deeply in love with Kelvin from the moment they met. However, Sylvia’s father disapproved of their relationship.

She explained that her preacher father felt she wasn’t fully committed to her missionary work.

Sylvia further disclosed they encountered challenges, including being sent back to the US and facing various restrictions.
