Miss Universe Kenya to Win KSh 1m Grand Prize, Enviable Perks as Event Reaches Final Stage

With only 16 contestants remaining, the Miss Universe Kenya pageant is nearing its final stages and the title has yet to be awarded.

In an exclusive interview with UPEPO.co.ke, event coordinator Vivian Moraa announced that the grand finale for Miss Universe Kenya 2024 will take place on Friday, August 16.

She promised that attendees could look forward to a phenomenally memorable experience at the event.

What will Miss Universe Kenya get?

Vivian Moraa highlighted that the 2024 Miss Universe Kenya winner will receive a grand package including KSh 1 million, a fully furnished apartment, and other exclusive rewards.

Vivian Moraa shared that Miss Universe Kenya is elevating the pageantry to unprecedented levels in Kenya. The 2024 winner will enjoy an extraordinary grand package, which includes a KSh 1 million cash prize, a fully furnished apartment and office for one year, makeup services by AllBlackBeauty for the entire year, and support for a cause of choice from the Ababu-Namwamba Foundation, among other glamorous prizes.

Vivian also revealed that the reigning Miss Universe, Sheynnis Alondra Palacios, will attend the grand finale to crown Miss Universe Kenya 2024. Miss Palacios will also embark on a safari to Maasai Mara and help promote the Magical Kenya brand.

How much did it cost to hold Miss Universe?

Vivian Moraa acknowledged that organizing such a grand event required a substantial investment, though she refrained from disclosing the exact amount.

“While I can’t share the specific figures, hosting a pageant of this scale involves a significant investment in production, marketing, logistics, and more. The overall cost is substantial. However, we have established strong partnerships to support what is set to be the most prestigious and spectacular pageant in the entire universe,” she said.

In other news, the Miss Global pageantry, established in 2013, is an international beauty competition dedicated to empowering women by giving them a platform to voice their concerns and make a positive impact in society.
