Tanzania’s BongoFlava scene is mourning the loss of one of its most influential figures, Mandojo, who passed away today in Dodoma.

Domokaya, Mandojo’s bandmate and close friend, also shared a touching message. “Daaaah MY SON, I don’t believe the 22nd of this month was supposed to be your birthday. Aisee, why!!! This is so sad. Rest in peace my brother 🙏 May God give you eternal light, friend, brother.”
