Eric Muuga, the nominee for the Water and Sanitation Ministry, has informed the National Assembly’s vetting committee that his net worth is currently KSh 31 million.
The 32-year-old appeared before the committee on Friday, August 2, and was questioned about his expertise and ability to manage the critical Water and Sanitation docket.

He stated that his assets are primarily invested in agriculture, with land on which he cultivates cash crops such as tea, coffee, bananas, and miraa.
Despite his substantial asset base, the nominee surprised the committee members by revealing that he does not own a car.
