Content creator and filmmaker Abel Mutua’s wife, Judy Nyawira, has recently shared details about her marriage, revealing that she and her husband do not use family planning methods.
Judy and her celebrity husband have one child, Stephanie, and she has previously requested that people stop pressuring them to have a second child.
Why Abel Mutua’s wife stopped using family planning
In a video shared on TikTok, the mother of one disclosed that she has tried various family planning methods, but none have been effective for her.
Judy further explained that they have found a method that suits them, which has sparked mixed reactions on social media. She stated:
“I do not use any family planning method. We have become very adept with what we do using M-Pesa. That’s where we are at. I was on Jadelle for about three years, but it didn’t work for me. I ended up removing it because I was bleeding for about three-quarters of the month, which was quite uncomfortable, so the doctor advised me to stop using it.”
She also mentioned that she tried using a coil but found it extremely uncomfortable, leading her to discontinue its use.

Judy surprised by daughter’s breakfast
The couple’s daughter delighted her mother by preparing breakfast for her a day after finishing school for the holidays.
The young girl served a burger, hotdog, and cake as her first meal, describing it as an appetizer before the main breakfast.
