Apostle John Paul Muriithi has been overwhelmed after viewing the body of his late mother, exhumed ahead of her second burial in Machakos County.
Why was John Paul’s mum exhumed?
John Paul was forced to exhume his dear mum, Lucy Wanja’s body due to a family feud with his uncles.
The uncles, based in Laikipia County, told the man of God, Apostle John Paul, that his late mother’s spirits were allegedly tormenting him.
As a result, John Paul exhumed his mother’s body, which was then preserved at Kenyatta University mortuary for another burial arrangement.
A video shared by Kurutria TV shows the apostle, accompanied by other men and women of God, having a worship session at the Kenyatta University mortuary.
During the viewing at the mortuary, Apostle John Paul was overcome with emotion, breaking down in tears beside the casket. Fortunately, his friend Karangu Muraya was present to support and comfort him during this difficult time.
Kenyans reacted with sympathy and concern for Apostle John Paul during his difficult time. Many expressed support and offered prayers for him and his family, acknowledging the emotional turmoil he faced while dealing with the exhumation and second burial of his late mother.
