On August 1, Size 8 announced her separation from her husband, causing shock among netizens. The gospel singer-turned-pastor then unfollowed Mo on Instagram, further fueling divorce rumors.
A video from the upcoming season finale of the couple’s reality show, Love in the Wild, has left fans even more confused.
In the clip, airing tonight, August 18, Size 8 expresses her enduring love for DJ Mo, revealing how difficult it is to part ways with someone she loves deeply.
“Many of you might wonder why, as a minister of the Most High God, I would post on Instagram Stories about trying singlehood. I am a firm believer in marriage and a lover of it. I am in pain. It’s not easy to leave someone you love. I don’t hate Mr. Muraya at all. On the contrary, love is challenging. I love him dearly. If you cut my heart, Mo’s small piece would leap out. But reaching the point of requesting a separation was because I had no other choice,” she said.
The Mateke hitmaker advised couples in troubled marriages to work through their issues and not give up.
“I want to remind everyone that marriage has two sides: those within it and those outside it. If you are watching me, don’t give up on your home,” she urged.

In the clip shared by TV47 during a sit-down with a local pastor and his wife, Size 8 criticized Mo for frequently returning home late and labeled him a narcissist.
Mo, unhappy with these accusations, responded by sharing instances where he felt his wife had been cold towards him.
