Nyaboke Moraa’s final message to her daughter on her 19th birthday emerges

Actress Nyaboke Moraa is grieving the loss of her only daughter, Marie Achieng.

What happened to Nyaboke Moraa’s daughter?

Nyaboke’s daughter passed away on Sunday, July 28, and the cause of death remains unknown.

Nyaboke’s best friend, Sandra Dacha, announced the tragic news, sharing a black rose along with the following message:

Sandra Dacha announced the heartbreaking news, saying,

“It is with profound sadness that I announce the passing of @nyabokemoraa’s daughter. Your prayers are needed right now 🙏🏿. Rest in peace, Marie 😭.”

When UPEPO.co.ke reached out for a comment, Sandra confirmed the news but did not disclose the cause of death, stating,

“It is true she is no more, but I can’t divulge more details,” she said. Marie’s father, Blak Aende, also shared his grief with a post featuring three black hearts and a poignant message:

“It is a dark day. I can’t question God. I leave everything to Him.”

Nyaboke Moraa’s last message to daughter

On January 6, Marie, a university student, celebrated her 19th birthday, and her mother, Nyaboke, expressed her joy and pride.

Nyaboke shared a photo with her daughter, showering her with love and prayers for God’s protection.

Despite the celebration, Nyaboke noted that it was a challenging time for her family, highlighting the emotional complexity of marking such a milestone.

“My little girl turns 19 today, child of my youth. May God expand your territories, cover your steps, and grant you your heart’s desires. Mama loves you so much. This year, your birthday comes at a very trying time for us, but Mungu yuko. Happy birthday, my Achieng ❤️❤️,” she wrote.

Renowned police officer and philanthropist Sammy Ondimu Ngare recounted the somber task of taking the 19-year-old’s body to Umash Funeral Home after her passing.

“This life, jameni… I’m still in shock aki. This late evening, I joined friends and relatives of my dear sister Gloria Anazidi Kuiva Moraa in Syokimau. Watu wangu, life is incredibly short,” Ondimu wrote.

Nyaboke has faced an exceptionally tough year, having lost four family members: her grandmother, niece, brother, and now her daughter.
