Mungai Eve Reveals How She Discovered She Was a Side Chick

Mungai Eve is undeniably making significant strides in the entertainment industry. At just 22 years old, she has achieved remarkable success, enabling her and her boyfriend, director Trevor, to enjoy a lifestyle they once only dreamed of.

In a recent interview with Jackie Matubia, Mungai Eve opened up for the first time about how she met Trevor in 2019 and how their relationship developed from that initial meeting.

According to Mungai Eve, she first met Trevor during a photoshoot in Thika. Interestingly, Trevor had already noticed her before they officially met. Excited by the encounter, he discreetly whispered to Mungai’s friend, Bella, lamenting:

“Ati huyo dame(Mungai Eve) anakaa fiti, naeza mdishi”

Although it may sound a bit unconventional, Mungai Eve found herself drawn to Trevor, and their journey began as friends. At the time, both were involved with other people.

What started as a friendship eventually blossomed into a full-blown relationship.

Over time, both Mungai Eve and Trevor’s other relationships began to falter. Trevor, who had previously mentioned he was dealing with numerous issues, eventually broke up with his partner. This turn of events made him single again, seemingly like an answered prayer.

At that time, Mungai Eve was grappling with some personal growth issues involving a man she believed she was dating. To her dismay, she discovered that he had a baby mama living with him, which meant that, despite her assumption of being the primary partner, she had actually been the side piece all along.

Despite this painful revelation, Mungai Eve harbored no regrets. With both she and Trevor now single, they finally had the freedom to explore their relationship without any external complications. This newfound clarity allowed them to date openly and start their journey together, unburdened by past entanglements.
